For a bug report, please include your device (for example iPhone 15), your iOS version, and the steps that lead to the problem. It makes the investigation much faster.
Where are my photos stored?
Only on your iPhone. Face analysis runs on the device with a bundled model, and your photos are never sent anywhere. The only thing that leaves is what you send by tapping "Ask the AI": the 11 gap numbers and three plain words for your facial balance, with no photo. See the Privacy Policy for details.
How do I cancel MiraMake Plus?
On your iPhone, open the Settings app, tap your name at the top (Apple Account), then Subscriptions, then MiraMake Plus, then Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends and you will not be charged again.
I changed my iPhone. Can I keep the Plus I paid for?
Yes. Sign in with the same Apple Account on the new iPhone, open the Settings tab in the app, tap Plus, and then tap Restore purchases. There is no additional charge. A single AI advice request is used up the moment you read it, so it is not something that can be restored.
Does AI makeup advice cost money?
It is free once every calendar month. To read another one in the same month, you can buy a single request, or read as many as you like while you are subscribed to MiraMake Plus. The free one comes back at the start of each calendar month.
Is my photo sent when I tap "Ask the AI"?
No photo is sent. What is sent is your total score, the gap for each of the 11 measurements, and three plain words for your facial balance. The text is written from those numbers.
Where does the advice I read stay?
In your diary, together with that day's analysis. On the free plan it stays for 7 days like the rest of the record; with MiraMake Plus it stays with no time limit.
How do I delete my data?
Your photos, your ideal faces and your records live only on your iPhone. Deleting the app removes all of them. We keep no copy, so there is nothing to request from us.
