Ryota Masuda ("we", "us", the operator) sets out below the terms of use for the iOS app MiraMake (Japanese name: ミラメイク, the "App"). These terms are identical in substance to the Terms of Use shown inside the App.
This is the English version. 日本語版はこちら / 繁體中文版. In case of any discrepancy, the Japanese version prevails.
Where the App is available
The App is distributed on the App Store in Japan, Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, the United States and India. The features and the price are the same in every country (Apple converts the displayed price into your local currency).
The App compares a photo of your face with the photo you registered as your "goal face", and shows a similarity score and a visualisation of the differences. Scores and difference maps are an indication of visual impression only, not a medical diagnosis or assessment. Results vary between individuals.
No account registration is required to use the App.

AI makeup advice is generated only when you tap "Ask AI". It is free once every calendar month; after that you can buy a single request or read as many as you like with MiraMake Plus.
What is sent is the numbers from your analysis and three plain words for your facial balance. No photo is sent. See Section 1 of the Privacy Policy for details.
The advice is general guidance about makeup technique, not medical treatment. Results are not guaranteed. If your skin reacts badly, stop and seek help. The videos attached to the advice are published on YouTube by third parties and are not made by us.
We are not liable for damage arising from the use of the App, except where the damage is caused by our intent or gross negligence.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
